Surveillance Services

Surveillance services through PartnerCheck are lawful, discreet and carefully scoped where a matter is suitable, safe and capable of being conducted within Australian privacy and surveillance requirements.

Because surveillance is not appropriate for every enquiry, PartnerCheck assesses the concern, lawful purpose, location, timing, safety risks, privacy considerations and operational feasibility before any work begins.

Where suitable, our focus is on discreet factual observations, careful documentation and clear reporting. We do not conduct surveillance for harassment, intimidation, stalking, coercive control, unsafe contact or any unlawful purpose.
