What do the prices include?
Each package explains its scope and exclusions. All displayed package prices include GST. We review your brief and confirm the total before payment. Location-specific travel, records or additional work are priced and agreed separately.
What happens if nothing is found?
We report the scope completed, the available findings and important limitations. An inconclusive result is possible. No record found does not establish that a person is safe or that no history exists.
