Who handles your information
PartnerCheck is an Everguard Group investigation service. Contact info@partnercheck.com.au or 1300 613 210 about your information, access or correction requests, or a privacy concern.
Enquiries and safe contact
We collect your preferred name, safe contact details, service interest, optional general location and timing, and any short outline you choose to provide to assess your enquiry and reply. Do not put identity documents, names of investigation subjects or sensitive evidence in the public enquiry form. Tell us when and how it is safe to contact you. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Private briefs and documents
After a human assessment, suitable enquiries receive a single-use invitation to provide the brief and relevant documents. We use this information to assess authority, safety, scope and price, and to perform an accepted engagement. Provide only information you are authorised to share and that is relevant to the matter. The client portal uses email verification and restricted assignment access. Uploaded files are held privately for review before release.
Service providers and disclosure
The website and portal use OpenAI Sites with Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting, database and file storage. Resend delivers service emails. Where a payment is requested, Stripe handles checkout and card information. These providers process information needed to deliver their services and may process it outside Australia. We may also disclose relevant information to authorised investigators, professional advisers, or a court, regulator or other recipient where required or permitted by law. We do not sell your brief or contact details.
Retention, access and correction
We retain enquiry and assignment records where reasonably needed for the service, legal and professional obligations, insurance or disputes. The period depends on the record and the applicable requirements. You may ask us about the records we hold, request access or correction, or raise a deletion request. We will assess requests against confidentiality, third-party rights and any obligation to retain the record. Do not send identity documents until we agree an appropriate verification method.
Questions and complaints
Contact info@partnercheck.com.au or 1300 613 210 to raise a privacy concern or agree a safe communication channel. Give a short description and a safe way to reply. We will assess the concern and explain the next steps. Do not email sensitive evidence without agreeing the delivery method first.
